The weekly cleaning checklist
The short answer
One zone a day for six days, thirty to forty minutes each: bathrooms, floors, kitchen, bedrooms and linen, living and dusting, outside and bins. The seventh is a twenty-minute reset with a meal plan and one hotspot, then nothing. Tick the tasks as you go; the day you skip simply waits a week.
Assign the zones to days that suit the house. The weekly rhythm page does that for you and prints in a palette.
