Why doesn't this know my council?
Australia has roughly 537 councils and no shared bin-day API. You already know your bin day, so the tool asks once, does the fortnight arithmetic, and keeps your answer in the page link.
Three bins state-wide. The general waste lid is red in some South Australian councils and blue in others, which is why Green Industries SA writes it as the red or blue landfill bin.
