Australia has roughly 537 councils and no shared bin-day API. You already know your bin day, so the tool asks once, does the fortnight arithmetic, and keeps your answer in the page link.
Victoria has a legislated state-wide four-bin standard with standardised lid colours, but the rollout is staged and not every council has every bin yet.
