Australia has roughly 537 councils and no shared bin-day API. You already know your bin day, so the tool asks once, does the fortnight arithmetic, and keeps your answer in the page link.
The ACT Government runs kerbside collection territory-wide. Some older general waste bins still have a dark green lid, which is not the lime green garden waste bin.
